After not having a good experience at another dealership, I was extremely anxious and hesitant to return to another dealership. I explained all of this to Tom in service and he went above and beyond to help me to feel secure about the process. He corrected a scheduling error, he did a walk around of my car and the valet, he was knowledgeable and sensitive to my concerns, he took the time to answer all of my questions and explain all aspects of the repairs before they were performed. He also was able to get me my car back the same day, which was very appreciated. I'm so thankful for Tom's dedication to making his customers feel comfortable and I will always request him for any help that I need moving forward.
