The dealership is fine, but the service is terrible. There are regular issues with the cars, and repairs are majorly inconvenient. Appointments are hard to come by, they rarely have loaners available, delays are inevitable, and communication is poor. Since purchasing this car in 2021, I have had to come in several times a year for repairs covered under the warranty, in addition to regular maintenance. It has been beyond frustrating each time.
