I was a long time Lexus customer and switched to Genesis last year. Great car, but the worst possible service experience! They absolutely will refuse to honor the valet service program. I have made three appointments and they just do not show. Two of them through the Genesis site (which prompts you to make an appointment) and one through the service manager (Tammy). She informed me that they do not use the Corporate site so I needed to call her directly. Well.....That valet service did not show either. I called her over 24 hours ago to find out why and she has not bothered to call me back. I understand mistakes, but I do not understand negligence.
