Purchased a 2022 GV80 Prestige last March. Was sold all this about the concierge service and when it came down to get my cars scheduled maintenance. No ine came to pick up the car, no one even called. What the F#@k! Don't get me wrong, the car is great! The service dept and whoever the service manager they have on the app think it's Deja J. Should lose her job. Is this how you do business? No call, no show? If I did that at my job, I'd be outta a job.
