I bought a brand new GV80 2021. I love it! The sales rep was awesome at Rick Case, but trying to get service is hell! ALL THAT CONCIERGE SERVICE IS BULLSHIT THEY FEED YOU! Thy do not have enough experienced Machanic’s to change the oil so appointment are gone, like you have to be sitting in line at 8am like their giving away cheese to try to get serviced. Making the appointments online is a hoax, it’s never available and they never have cars for pickup service! This is the only reason why I hate I bought this genesis! Other than that, it’s a great vehicle but if you can’t get it serviced, it won’t be for long. Also, there is one thing I do not like about it, the fact that it only supports one USB for Apple play, usb drives, etc… only one offered with about 3 others that only charge. So if you’re thinking about buying a genesis, please consider that RICK CASE has no consideration for getting the cars serviced. You must remember, they offer the first three years free, so they prolong and push the service out AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!
