I purchased a 2024 Genesis GV80 less than a year ago. It is now sitting in my driveway with a dead battery! I called Genesis of Greenville first thing this AM and was told that the service dept. would call back as soon as possible. It is now going on 3:00 PM and I have heard nothing. I had the same kind of delays when I had another issue earlier this year. I would think that a person paying cash for an eighty-thousand dollar vehicle could get better service. I'm SO sorry that I made this purchase!!! NEVER AGAIN.
