I contacted this Dealership on Friday. I called twice the evening, was placed on hold for a few minutes. I understood this, salesman are busy. I received a call back from someone named Joe. We spoke for a while about a GV70. He convinced me the GV70 would work and the had one in stock listed at $57,000. I made an appt to drive down from Lynchburg Va. Approximately 2hrs. My wife and I got there, Joe was with another Customer, I understood that, so I Derek helped me. He was a super nice Guy. I found out that Joe was still busy and GM had the white GV70 I was interested in and he wasn't coming in that day. EVERONES TIME IS VALUABLE ESPECIALLY THE CUSTOMER. IT WOUKD HAVE BEEN NICE HAD SOMEONE CALLED ME BEFORE TAKING THIS LONG DRIVE...I then called and left a message with Derek before leaving NC and text Joe back at the number given. 336 539 2677. GREAT looking Dealership, but UNProfessional when it comes to COMMUNICATING!
