had an apptmnt for 8/31, but the car (2024 gv70 EV, < 20k) was dangerous to drive so I brought it in early (8/22). I didn't get a loaner because it was unclear how long it would be, and I didnt want the loaner to prevent timely diagnosis. 8/25 they texted me that it was diagnosed, and they would notify me when the part arrived. They also wanted to do a couple of services in addition, which I agreed to, but texted them that they should be included in my Lease agreement, no respinse. I called on 8/28 to see if they had any info, and they said no, and that they typically are informed when the part would arrive within 48 hours of the order, which we were right about at. I haven't heard back since. I texted asking for a loaner, no response. What's interesting is that they actually diagnised the car before my apptmnt, which is great. but everything since has been terrible. No Loaner, No Communication, No Follow Up. I won't lease a Genesis again.
