Very long wait for routine service
Called July 8 to get my 2019 Geneis G90 15,000 mile serviced. The earliest appointment for a routine service that I could get was July 28th. Genesis is supposed to be their premier product. I called across the river and got an appointment at the other Hyundai dealer for July 13th which is over two weeks sooner. Their idea of luxury car service a far different than what I experienced at Lexus.
