I purchased a new GV80 2021, The salesman George Athens was great. The General Manager was great during the sale, but when I expressed my opinion that the service dept sucked, he yelled at me on the dealership floor. His service dept kept my vehicle for 5 days and did absolutely nothing, I complained about the brakes making noise and they said it was the motor in the passenger window! Never showed for valet service.. Go anywhere else to purchase your vehicle, I must say it's a nice ride. I rode around with 16000 miles not knowing they never changed my oil at 11000 miles. Worst service ever.
