I purchased my GV80 4/23. Was promised a loaner car when I brought my car in for service.
I have tried for 2 months to get a manager to return a phone call. My car at 6000k miles has issues, tires also wearing prematurely. I called for service and they will not schedule a loaner without manager approval. I’ve left several messages and email for loaner request with no manager response. I had to make an appointment being located 2 hours away with no loaner. My appointment could not be scheduled less than 6 weeks out.
Poor service, customer service and response time. I will NEVER Purchase another Genesis.

Thanks to the team at Downtown Hyundai I am now a proud owner of my dream vehicle…a 2021 Genesis GV80! The experience was amazing as their professionalism, customer service, and patience puts them head above shoulders. What I liked more than anything is that they operated as a unit. The team of Johnny V, Bob, Karl, Mike…and various employee smiles/light conversations made this experience pleasurable and fun!
