Exceptional Service, No Pressure, and the Perfect Car
We had such an incredible experience at Genesis of Corona. Our sales representative, Michael Briones, had only been there for one week—and we were actually his very first car sale—but you would never have known it. He had the best attitude, was genuinely joyful, and treated us with so much kindness throughout the entire process.
At no point did we feel pressured or “sold” to, which made such a difference. Michael, along with his manager Joyce, created a relaxed and welcoming environment. You could tell the entire team works together and supports one another.
We originally test drove a new Genesis G70 3.3T and absolutely fell in love with it—but it was a bit outside of our price range. Without us even having to say anything, they showed us a certified pre-owned 2026 G70, and it turned out to be the perfect fit.
The whole process—from paperwork to working through our credit and income—was smooth and stress-free, and they helped us land on a monthly payment we felt great about. We also love that they offer a 2-year lease option, which is something we hadn’t seen elsewhere.
On a more personal note, Joyce shared about the community outreach they do here in Corona, especially their work supporting the homeless and children. That really meant a lot to us, as we’ve been involved in similar efforts ourselves.
