Sharon Zummo, my Service Advisor, makes the experience a pleasure. She scheduled a Valet Appointment, arranged for a loaner car and followed up personally to make sure we were on track. She checked in to update me as to the driver's arrival time, and then kept me notified about the progress of the work. She called to get approval of required work, emailed me an invoice, offered payment options and had the car delivered to my home. She is professional, efficient and thorough. It is always a good experience working with her. The technicians do an excellent job, and they, as well as Tetry who shuttled my car, treat it carefully and respectfully, as I would treat it myself.
