Patrick and Kenneth makes this office shine, Kevin Kim dismantles it.
I highly recommend the services office of this location but I'm not so sure if I would recommend this location's sale portion of the office. I only give 5 stars to the services office and only 0.5 star to the sales office. Someone that works with me is interested in purchasing a Genesis G80 and I'm not sure if I should be encouraging or discouraging his decision. I have purchased a Genesis G70 in July 2019 and when I received the car title, it said hyundai instead of genesis. Due to the fear of possibly running into issues in the future regarding insurance, selling the car, etc I have requested the title to be corrected to Genesis since they are their own brand for 3-4 years now. When my dad went into the retail store upset about the fact that the car title said hyundai instead of genesis he spoke to Kevin Kim and was yelled at in an aggressive tone in Korean 'I'll have it fixed what's the problem'. Yet the car title has still not been fixed and I had to visit the retail store again (today is 4/7/2020) only to be told again they will reach out to the accountant. Also, when I asked Kevin Kim if he knows anything or has any update he said 'I'm not sure, after I did not have a good conversation with your dad I stepped out of it'. Why has Kevin Kim taken responsibility to fix it, but still has not completed our request? Why did Kevin Kim receive all the commission by selling the car to us, but has 'stepped out of it' from our request, why does a different sales representative have to deal with his mistake when Kevin Kim is the general sales manager? Poor Johnny Park has been always calm, kind, and patient with me regarding this issue. Why hasn't the accountant not updated me or tried to contact me when the car was purchased in July 2019 and it is now April 2020? Why hasn't Genesis figured out how to make all Genesis car titles have Genesis on it instead of Hyundai? It has been 3-4 years since Genesis became its own brand. Why does Genesis let representatives that are unsatisfactory to the customers represent the brand/company Genesis? Employees like Kenneth, Patrick Landon, Johnny Park, and the Genesis staff I have been speaking to whenever I call 8443409741 are great and exceed their individual roles.
