The Genesis Corporation has very poor customer service, especially with Nicolette representing them. Stivers dealership GM, Cliff Tanner, does not support communication that was presented prior, so that part of leadership is very poor. Their Service Department w/ Brian Trout and Antwon is the epitome of what Customer Service is supposed to be like. Very well commended.
