Scheduled my car for service and was told that they overbooked and turned me away.
I planned a trip from Lake Charles Louisiana to Clear Lake Texas to have my car serviced. I scheduled the appointment using their scheduling software and when I got to the dealership, they inform me that they overbooked and could not take my car. WTH kindly of service is that??!! Then they asked me when I could bring it back the following week. Are they serious? Awful customer service!!!
