Worked with Glenn who was excellent during purchasing process- very accommodating and pleasant trying to find a vehicle during these challenging times of limited inventory. He personally delivered vehicle to my home and explained everything. Would highly recommend him when considering a Genesis vehicle.

Great buying experience
I drove from Fayetteville because of your larger inventory of genesis G 80 that I wanted to look at! My sales person Joe and my finance gal Julia were the perfect combo and made the experience actually fun! I was treated with respect and it almost felt like making new friends during the process! Made buying easy
Mark was knowledgeable and honest with anything asked. Because of health issues in my home, Mark made buying/leasing so easy and missed nothing in terms of accuracy and efficiency. Making it that easy helped me enormously. I think that we found that buying from home is a distinct possibility.

Could have been way better
We bought a gv80. Our sales guy was great! Very helpful

The car was delivered with plastic all over the inside. It even had a sticker on the front window that said test drive complete. We were told the car had just come from detailing. No way that happened. Very disappointing

We called and spoke with guest and we told him we would reclean his car or pay for him to go to his detailer up to 150 to have it done the way he likes. He thanked us and said he would rescore us. He did and gave us a 2. JB
