We have had a problem with our 2023 G70 since it was new. The dealers have been unable to fix the issue. We dropped our car off at Genesis of Carmel on January 15 and as of today February 3 we still do not have our car. I have talked to the General Mgr. William Chavez, the service Mgr Michael Monroe and Deidre but I still do not know the status of my vehicle, when it will be fixed or even if anyone has worked on it at all. If you are thinking of buying a car from this dealer I suggest you RUN away.
