The first time I had my vehicle serviced was after the initial break in period so, I expected some issues with parts availability as the vehicle was new. I had the loaner for a week while the parts came in. For my second service at the 1 year interval (even though my vehicle only has 4K on it) I was scheduled for concierge service and had the reminder notifications and ...no one showed up to get my vehicle nor did I receive a call indicating they could not make it. In addition, when I contacted the service department they had no record of my appointment even though I provided them the confirmation number. So far I am not impressed with the Genesis servicing.
