Don't get me wrong, I love my GV80, but since the sale (which went smoothly), I have had the worst customer service of all time. I spent thousands on the extended/extra warranties, but I cannot get anyone to schedule the service. My calls don't get returned, my emails go unanswered and to top it off, when you do call, you sit on hold for an hour and still no one picks up the telephone. I will not be purchasing another Genesis even though I do enjoy the car.
