TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE
RUDE RUDE RUDE. The lack of customer service here is out of this WORLD. I purchased a brand new 2022 GV70 back November of 2021. They are only helpful when they want you to spend your money and THATS IT. Just like every other car dealership. The sales representative DARROR was extremely helpful, professional, understanding of my needs, and did an amazing job at following up after purchase. I visited the dealership again on March 21, 2022 in need of a new tire because mine went flat. From that point forward I have encountered nothing but HORRIBLE customer service an ZERO attentiveness. The service advisor DANNON explained that tire that was needed was on back order and was supposed to be delivered on March 25. I heard nothing from the dealership and had to contact them myself again. DANNON had no idea when the tire would arrive and that was that. I asked for a loaner in the meantime because obviously, you cannot drive on a SPARE for very long. He literally said he wouldn’t be able to help with that. I spoke with another female representative who referred me to the service manager QUINCY. Quincy thought he would be able to get a tire here sooner, but that didn’t work either. AGAIN, I had to follow up with the dealership to find that out. No one has even attempted to reach out or provide me with any other solutions! I have now been driving on my SPARE tire since MARCH 21 and it is APRIL 6! I have also explained that my vehicle is now overdue for service and I cannot ride around needing service AND a tire!! You spend your hard earned money and expect some sort of customer service and you get NOTHING. Not even a damn follow up call to explain ANYTHING.

We apologize the tire for your vehicle is on NATIONAL back order. We have searched Natonwide and located a tire for your. This was all clearly commuincated in a text chain to you from Danon Henton. We expect to have your tire here today so the repair can be completed. Product availablity and logistic issues are the new normal in our retail world. We aplogize this has now affected you directly. We look forward to finising your repair now that we have available parts.
