Stay away! GOA is taking advantage of the Sellers Market!

We are very sorry to say GOA is a dealer I would not set foot in again. The sales team are great people but they cannot make up for the poor treatment by their management and lack of technology they are willing to utilize during the sales process. Wouldn't hold a vehicle for three days so that our daughter could sign for the paperwork even when offered a check which they could cash for the entire amount of the purchase price. No, she had to drive 2 hours to sign documents. No, she they don't provide contract signage on line. No they didn't offer to deliver the vehicle to her where she could sign the documents.
They must have sold vehicles to Fred and Barney Rubble and have never advanced from the stone age. We really felt taken advantage of. I can't believe Genesis/Hyundai allows dealers to function in this manner.
Sorry for the bad review but I believe GOA deserves it!
