Bad communication, Pricing was changed with in 24 hours of agreement

The only reason I purchased this car at that location because I couldn't fin the exact one somewhere else. The service was terrible, I felt like they were play games with the pricing. I left a deposit until the following morning, I received a call before returning the price had increased. REALLY!!! I've now had the vehicle three weeks, and a couple lights came on inside for service. When I called for service I was put on the waiting list. REALLY!

Narvellia we are sorry to hear about your experience with us. Unfortunately we have no control over incentives and they can be changed at anytime. It is rear that Genesis changes incentives mid month but it has happened. We are sorry that this effected your originally price quote from us.
