Ever since the namesake of this business has retired the new management has questionable. The “Front” office is friendly however doesn’t follow through on requests of feedback. The technicians in back has been hit or miss. We’re lucky that we got someone to do a good job on a significant repair on our car. HOWEVER when we needed someone to troubleshoot an engine issue they failed to see/find the leak. One year later we got a technician to do a simple oil change and during that work observed the leak and pointed it out. However that technician doesn’t work there anymore (reason unknown). Lucky that the issue was still under warranty. However the part replaced is only under warranty for 6 months when it could have under warranty for 18 months. Please do Gene a favor and change the name of the business. Needless to say that after using this business since 2008 that YOU’RE FIRED.
