Vehicle service is always completed in an efficient, timely, and professional manner. Personnel are courteous and consistently do whatever possible to ensure customer satisfaction.
Though relatively new to his position, the Service Manager, Jason, showed himself to be focused on interacting well with me and clearly responded to some questions I had regarding the operation and maintenance of my vehicle. He and his team were pleasant and cheerful in the same fashion I’ve always found to be the case when relying on Gorman’s to repair or perform preventative maintenance on my vehicle.
