Ask what they going to charge for the parts and the labor. You don’t want to think that the whole job with parts is going to be $600 later you find out at the end that their work is going to be $900. At the end you end up with an expensive repair that you can’t pay.

Hi Martin I'm sorry you feel this way but You were given an estimate for the water pump replacement on your trailblazer which I can assure you was much cheaper than the dealer would have charged and when we found your radiator was broken I called you and told you how much more it would cost to replace and you authorized the repairs. We alos noticed that your check engine light was on and asked you if you wanted this check out and you authorized this as well. We even gave you discounted labor for the radiator because we had the cooling system empty and water pump out. Again Im sorry you feel this way and if you would like to talk about this please feel free to give me a call. Ill be happy to review this with you.
