I started with Gary’s a few years ago when my Prius had a dead battery (the regular battery not the Prius battery). I live just down the street and had it towed there. John and the crew were so friendly and helpful. It was not a bad way to spend a New Years Eve afternoon. Since then I’ve gone back for oil changes and regular maintenance and have always been satisfied. I’m preparing to drive cross- country and John and Gary and the crew serviced it yesterday. I feel confident I’m in good shape for the road trip. Thank you, Gary’s!
Gary's performed a substantial maintenance service on my car. A couple months later I had some sounds related to the fan belts. They allowed me to come in a identify the problem right away, then scheduled me to tighten the belts when they were able. This process went very smoothly and I really appreciate the follow up service.
Sarah said they were really good and informative. She said their customer service was good, their work was good, and their rates were reasonable. She stated she was really happy with their service and she will definitely bring her vehicle there again.
Doug said the staff at this business did a pretty good job with his vehicle, though they were slow in getting the information to him about his vehicle, overall he was happy with their service.
