Outstanding experience buying a new GV70
I went into Garvey Genesis at 4:20pm on a Saturday afternoon to take a look at the GV70sknowing that the showroom was closing at 5pm. Samara Petty greeted my husband and me was we walked in. She took the pertinent information and we immediately went out to test drive. Sam was knowledgeable about every detail on the vehicle. I was sold! She worked with me to get me the best deal on my BMW trade in. I was signing on the dotted line by 5pm!! The whole experience was the best of the best!!

By far the best dealership I have ever bought from.
The entire group at Garvey Hyundia/Genesis are outstanding. I would like to specifically recognize Brad Jarvis and Mark Goodwin.
Brad Jarvis: I have work with Brad since 2015. He is an outstanding representative who takes pride in establishing long term bonds that not only benefit the dealership but also provides advantages to the customer. He demeanor is always positive and uplifting regardless of the chaos around him. In 2022 he was promoted, I suggest you also give him an additional pay raise. The dealership can ill afford to loose his dedication, personable skills, and never ending desire of ensuring the customer is properly taken care of.
Mark Goodwin: Mark is one of the best sales man that I have experienced. He is personable, articulate, and understands Genesis vehicle sale themselves. I began talking with Mark about 7 months before I purchased our GV70. He would periodically call and I would visit him while waiting for our Hyundai to be repaired. I appreciate his ability to convey information without adding any sales pressure. Once we decide to reserve a GV70, it took about 4 months for a vehicle to arrive at the dealership which matched our desired setup. His white glove approach to teaching the vehicle capabilities was outstanding.
In closing, Garvey Hyundia/Genesis is an outstanding company which takes pride in going the extra miles to ensure a positive experience. This includes personnel in the finance office, courtesy shuttle operators, personnel maintaining customer waiting area, sales and finance. So to summarize my experience with Garvey, I would just say "Amazing".

Got just what I wanted
I ordered my 2022 gv70 in January, because I wanted a specific color and amenities. Unknowingly I ordered just at the tail end of the 2022 production line. My Garvey rep Laura Montgomery kept me fully informed as she altered my order to a 2023. She and I communicated regularly. She let me know every time a car similar to mine arrived, but I insisted on waiting for what I specified - (we were not under any vehicle-need time constraints). As soon as a month in advance she was able to tell me my car was out of the factory, when it passed through customs, and when it left the port to be delivered to Garvey. I so appreciate Laura’s commitment to finding and securing my gv70. The only reasons it took so long we’re my specific wishes and production by Genesis. Given the global delays in parts and chips, I am not in any way surprised that it took a while. Laura did a great job.
Bill at Garvey Genesis was so kind and successful at finding me a new Genesis. He tracked down the car and called me right back. Had the car waiting for me when I arrived and had the paperwork ready to go. Thank you Bill!
I had a very good experience at the dealership. Only problem I had was in the finalizing of the paperwork and car was not ready to pick up on time, two hours late.
Lauren, our agent was great to work with, problems were not her responsibility.
