I called Garlisch automotive and explained my car‘s symptoms and scheduled an appointment. Paul was friendly on the phone and provided a possible diagnosis of the problem. I dropped my car off in the morning and by midday, Paul called back with a definitive diagnosis and cost of repairs. I approved to go forward with the repairs and Irequested an oil change in addition to the repairs. Paul had no problem adding the oil change Service.I researched average repair cost and Pauls quote was slightly under the average cost for the repair. Later in the afternoon, I received another call to come pick up my car. The repairs and oil change were completed the same day, car was running great, and I haven’t had any problems since. Five stars for great communication, cost efficient, fast service, accurate diagnosis and quality repair.
