Awful experience with Ganley Subaru Bedford. We purchased a new 2023 Subaru Impreza and it broke down, while we were on vacation. We had to be towed 100+ miles to a dealership, spend money on hotel room and lost vacation time. The car had 1700 miles on it and needed a new transmission, because the transmission plug just "fell out". We were told, by the service personnel that replaced the transmission, that this should have been inspected as part of pre-delivery inspection at the dealership. We asked to meet privately with the GM and Service Manager of the dealership and they would not meet privately with us. They "shoved" us off to Subaru America, where we still have an outstanding issue. Would never recommend this dealership!
