DO NOT SHOP HERE
DO NOT SHOP HERE! The finance officer is clearly scamming people! From the moment he shook my hand without a firm shake. I knew he was about to be on some BS!! I was pre-approved for a $65,000 loan with money down, came in to meet with Kevin the salesman ready to buy my car! Now granted my trade in had negative equity on it, however the finance officer decreased the bluebook value of my trade-in by $6000 and inflated the actual cost to roll in the cost of my trade-in on the back end! Which would've made my monthly payment $1300 even with my down payment and good credit standing! Unbeknownst to him I had already spoken to a finance officer and know that my payment should've only been $849 per month!! I even showed Kevin my salesman that the finance officer hyper-deflated the blue book value of my trade-in! Needless to say I called the finance company who gave me my pre-approval and they encouraged me to try a different dealership!!! They explained that they had no idea that this dealership was doing this!!! the finance officer even asked me to keep my trade-in at $800 a month and get another car from them!! Which made absolutely no sense!! Who would buy two cars and you don't need it?? I would not suggest shopping here! This finance officer has given Ken Ganley a horrible name. Not to mention the car was purchased from a Ken Ganley a year ago so unless it’sa lemon the car has depreciated (according to the finance officer) by more than $12000 in 1 year when I get all of the services to maintain the car completed at Ken Ganley East?? And was just made an offer for that same car!!! It doesn't make sense! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
