This business SUCKS!!! Back when Gene Pratt ran Pratt's Tire, he knew how to treat his customers. As a repeat customer for tires, I would often get one tire free when ordering four. And if Mr. Pratt had ever screwed up, I probably would have gotten two, if not all four, tires for free.
I ordered four new tires from Wolfgang. He told me they'd be there before my appointment the following week. I drive to g&g automax on the day of my appointment to have my tires put on. Wolfgang informs me that the warehouse let him know that they only had two of my tires in stock and that they'll ship all four soon. Did Wolfgang call to let me know my tires weren't there BEFORE I wasted a trip? Hell no!!! Did he offer me any kind of discount for my wasted trip due to his fuck up? Hell no!!! So my appointment gets rescheduled for the following week. This time, I call before wasting my time. Wolfgang's idiot son answers and tells me that my tires aren't there. Wolfgang calls me back half an hour later and tells me that my tires have been there since the previous Friday. But now it's too far past my appointment time and I've already made other plans. Does Wolfgang attempt in any way to make it up to me for his idiot son's fuck up? Hell no!!! When I finally did have my tires installed, I had to DEMAND a discount due to their fuck ups. Guess how much the discount was...
