You came to us requesting a flat repair, but upon inspection, we found that the tire was worn into the secondary rubber and was unsafe to drive on. A patch would not have been a safe or responsible repair, so we explained our findings and recommended replacing the tire. You were not charged for the inspection or our time.
We understand this was not the answer you hoped for, but the safety of our customers comes first. We will never perform a repair that could put a customer or others on the road at risk.
