regarding my vehicle, which was struck by AAA insured on January 22, 2026.
As outlined in my prior correspondence, the vehicle has continued to experience serious electrical issues following repairs performed at G&C Auto Body in Ukiah and subsequent dealership involvement. These issues have persisted despite assurances that repairs were completed.
I am now providing additional, critical information supported by Ken Fowler dealership and their photographic evidence. Upon further inspection, it has been discovered that the main wiring harness at the rear of the vehicle is visibly damaged and burned. The harness appears to have been improperly installed or routed, resulting in it resting against the exhaust system. This has caused heat damage, melting, and failure of the wiring.
Additionally, the “repairs” previously performed are clearly inadequate and unacceptable. The electrical components and wiring appear to have been loosely secured together with zip ties rather than properly repaired or replaced to manufacturer standards. This is not a proper or safe repair method and has directly contributed to the ongoing electrical failures.
