The front desk were accommodating. Mr. Pritt G. one of the G & C mechanic staff who was handling my 2017 Rav4 hybrid that was rear ended last August. Mr. Pritt, attended to my first car, 2nd and next was my new 2017Toyota Rav4, Him and his team mate John, did a very good job and did all their best to accommodate my request of using all the EOP manufacturing parts, making my car as mint as it was before the rear end collision. Yes, the repair was done on time and paid, yet I still say Thank you to Mr. Pritt G. and team mate in public. You did a great job.
