Jeff Nadim and his salesman Tyler O'brien sold my son a vehicle, as I was co-signer, & we needed car insurance, we also made sure we purchased the GAP insurance. We left that dealership with a great car feeling confident my 19 yr old had the best warranty & was well insured. Now, that the car has been totaled, my son is in $20,000 debt without a vehicle & his future plans are on hold. Long story short, Jeff & Tyler have the true gift of gab, as well as they took full advantage of my brain injury. Somehow my son was not on our car insurance! I've called both of them several times until they blocked my calls. I had gone to the dealership & spoke to Nickkie, who actually showed us documents that are all edited & she refused to give me copies. This is just a small slice of this horrible sale. Which began when Jeff let us drive off the lot under someone else's social security number! After leaving several emails & mesg with GM Eric Elky, who did eventually call me after leaving a review. When I asked him if he received my emails, his response was "oh i got more than your emails". He then proceeded to rant about the previous review I posted until I told him to stop yelling at me.The conversation then turned into a yelling match because Eric felt the need to remind me "these people" have families & this is "the worst time of year for this" (tax season), I reminded him that this battle is for my family. Eric says he's trying to help me while in the same breath telling me to call insurance & I don't need this document. If this document isn't a "big deal" why does he refuse to send me a copy so I can send to my ins co? Tyler told the car ins adjuster that he didn't recall if Timothy was even there at time of sale.. WHAT??? He was the buyer & he apparently signed. Now that I'm telling my nightmare, others are telling me Tyler has tried that with them! While I wait for that form to be sent to me, I will contact the Better Business Bureau. I have NEVER been betrayed & disrespected like this in my life! I would strongly urge you to shop elsewhere.
