Not Good!
When I had only driven 1,000 miles after my prior oil change, they said that I had to get an oil change again when in reality, I was no where close to needing another one. Along with this, in the waiting area, there was something sticky on multiple chairs indicating it had not recently been cleaned.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. I am sorry to hear your service experience was not 5 stars. We work hard to meet all of our customers needs and appreciate the feedback so that we can correct our service processes. I am sorry for the confusion on the oil change. The repair order was left open and the writer went off the mileage on that repair order. I do apologize for that. I am also sorry for the waiting room seating being unclean. I have spoken with our cleaning crew and they have told me they will make sure that gets added to there daily cleaning. Please know that we take your feedback serious and will address these issues.
