Bad Customer Service, Even Worse Mechanics
Scheduled a quick smog on my lunch break last week. Assuming it wouldn't take more than 30 minutes since they preach about their 15-min smog check. I have a 2012 Honda in very good condition. The smog took over an hour! Why? I have no idea. They weren't busy but I did watch the smog tech over a dozen times on his phone, watching Youtube, showing the other big dude there the video, texting. This shop has no respect for your time. On top of all of that, they charge $85 dollars for a basic smog. EVERYWHERE else in Santa Rosa is under $60. I came here with a flyer and they didnt even honor the price. Extremely rude front desk guy and the smog tech is JUST AS bad, arguing the flyer was old. Rude, money hungry people here and I HIGHLY suggest you look else where for a smog. I had initially asked for them to inspect my brakes too, but after an hour of waiting, the horrible customer service recieved, they STILL didnt check them and I just said forget it. I will not return nor do I hope any of my friends or family do either.
