After a one minute conversation where we addressed two obvious mistakes they had made at our expense, the male manager came at me and stopped within an inch of my face and screamed profanities at me and my 75 year old mother. His wife, manager had to literally pull him back. Meanwhile they held my credit card and car keys and would not return either. I never once raised my voice until I felt threatened, then I just asked over and over to pay and get my keys. They continued to verbally abuse my mother and me. Do NOT subject yourself to this type of behavior anywhere, these people should not be allowed to deal with the public. Remember this entire encounter was a result of being called out on their own incompetence.
