My car is nearly nine years old. It needed a lot of work completed. They also found I needed a new condenser for the air conditioner. Jim told me that Honda had an extended warranty for that job. He even printed the paperwork and told me to take it to the dealership. They would repair it for free. He could have repaired it there and charged me. I would never have known.
