I've been to Freeman's a number of times for various check-ups and oil change. Recently, I had a not-so great experience with my Honda dealership in Brewster (they misdiagnosed something and tried to blame Freeman's for it). I called Freeman's and they confidently said it's not anything they did or didn't do. They even offered to pay for whatever the dealership would charge to "fix" it. With that offer in mind, I told the dealership to go ahead and fix the issue. Ten minutes later they came back to me and said that their "fix" didn't work. In other words, Freeman's was not to blame--the dealership's own incompetence was.
