Long time customer
Dropped off my car on Friday because it was making a chirp like squeaky noise. Received a text with diagnostic results for all the things that needed to be delt with. Gave the go ahead for most of the services to be done and was informed that I would not get my car back until sometime Monday. Picked up car midafternoon Monday and all was well. Slight hiccup come Tuesday morning that lead to me going back that afternoon. Upon my arrival John was quick to have it checked and rectified and I haven't had anymore problems since! Appreciated the willingness to have me come back ASAP. I trust Freeman's to take good care of my car, keep me informed and to be fare.
