Shopped online for a 2022 Tucson for my daughter using True car as a start. Our salesperson at Freeman, Lauren, was very helpful and responsive to all my questions. She responded quickly with a reasonable asking price compared with other dealerships in the area. There is limited new car inventory nationwide, but Lauren located an inbound Tucson that we were interested in. We negotiated an acceptable deal and got a final “out the door” price for a specific vehicle. We were kept apprised of expected inbound date by Lauren and were thrilled when it came in earlier than expected. Good experience at the dealership, very efficient to complete our transaction. Explanation of features of the car was super- what a great vehicle!Experienced a little delay in departure when we discovered some of our accessories/options had not actually been included on the vehicle as expected. Lauren talked to the bosses, got things ordered, and installed and it all worked out fine. Very pleased with our experience with Freeman Hyundai.
