My appointment was for 1pm. So I decided to have lunch at Pappy's before I took my car in to get serviced. There was 2 tech having lunch and drinking beer didn't think anything about it thought they were done for the day. As I was driving towards freedom Toyota I also seen the 2 techs driving the same way! Pulled in the service drive saw the 2 techs standing there. I could not believe that they went back to work got I a customer car and started driving away into the garage. NOW there is no way I will let anyone work on my car after drinking. So I got back In my truck and drove away and took it to performance Toyota which was 55 minutes away from where I live but it was worth it! I don't understand how they think its ok to drink and work on customers car!! I WILL NEVER EVER TAKE MY TRUCK THERE EVER AGAIN AFTER WITNESSING THAT!! Better to write a review than to tell someone working there just incase it doesn't back to who's in charge! UNBELIEVABLE/HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!!
