Fred's Wrenchouse was recommended to me by Art's Automotive in Berkeley. I sent an email asking if they could service my car for a 100k checkup, I received a quote within 24hours, I was able to schedule an appointment within a week. I dropped my car off the morning of my appointment at 8am, friendly service, they had all my information ready and by 2pm I received a call that my car was done. I was unable to pick it up before they closed so they kindly ran my card via phone, and left my car in their lot with the key locked inside so I could pick it up later that evening. I paid exactly or very close to what they quoted me. I would recommend Fred's Wrenchouse to anyone. It was a breath of fresh air that I received the services I needed with a friendly smile, and no price gauging later. Thanks Fred!
