Fine Work. Fine Folks.
Beautiful repair to the dent in my quarter panel. Looks like new and my car came back cleaner than I usually keep it! Customer service was responsive and when my insurance company saw the estimate was from Carstar, the agent went on and on about how wonderful a shop it is and how easy they made it for the insurance company. Staff were warm and professional. Mark communicated directly with my insurance, on our behalf, making life a little easier on these two septuagenarians. Fine work, fine folks. I highly recommend them. They really know what they're doing.

Excellent work, but much too slow
Fred's did a great job on my repair work, but too way too long! I had to pay for a rental car, beyond what my insurance would pay.

FRED IS A SUPERB CRAFTSMAN WHEN IT COMES TO AUTOBODY REPAIR. THE WORK HE DID ON MY VEHICLE WAS AMAZING. IF YOU ARE A STICKLER FOR PERFECTION THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THE RESULTS

Dave said he received excellent customer service from this business. He has been going to them for years, and he has never had a problem. Their customer service is awesome and they take care of all the repairs in the front and the back. He does recommend them and he is 100 percent satisfied. He chose them due to previous experiences he had there.
