The CPO car we purchased, great car. Dealing with Finance was actually quite pleasant and quick. Everything else was Meh at best. We spent significant time waiting, not because the dealership was busy, but because our sales consultant was working three deals at once while other sales people just say around on their phones. So constantly waiting to find him because his is working with two other groups and three different desks all in different parts of the dealership so we can't see each other. Used Car Manager or Sales Manager, is this attention to a customer. After the deal was closed, he put on the temp plate, gave us our keys and said "Good Luck", then went to work with another potential sale without even showing us how to unlock the car using the sensor or set up the telephone. On a 25K CPO Tucson (great car by the way) I shouldn't have to spend 10 minutes in my driveway with the owner's manual figuring it out. One final thing, on any CPO car, I don't a customer should ever be told, sorry we don't have car mats for you. It probably came with them, where did they go?
