No heat in car

This was my first encounter having to deal with any repair shop. My friend always took my car in for servicing. It was Mew Years Eve and they could not see my car until the 6th, due to the shop being closed. They looked my car over, filled the coolant, checked everywhere possible, kept it overnight to see if it had leaks and I was able to get my car the 7th with nice hot heat again.

Thank you Franks Coach & Carriage for making my first ever time having to do something on my own and making it a pleasant experience.
