Exceptional service
Frank’s Garage provided exceptional service when I was in a difficult situation. I was visiting the Watkins Glen area before a holiday weekend and suspected my alternator was failing. No other garage would diagnose the issue until the following week. Frank’s Garage not only got my vehicle in for diagnostic work that same afternoon but also ordered the part and completed the repairs - at a fair price - the next day. He even offered to keep the garage open an extra 30 minutes, so I could pick up my van. I couldn’t have received this level of service in my own hometown. Watkins Glen residents, you have a true gem in Frank’s Garage. Highly recommend.
