They treat you like family
When you bring your car to Franchi, they are most helpful and accommodating. They do excellent work and take care of your car as if it were their own. Good people, highly professional, efficient and effective.

Communication, professionalism and workmanship was top notch
As annoying as the process is of having to be without your car due to an accident that was no fault of your own, Franchi exceeded my expectations every step of the way. The communication and professionalism of their staff as well as their workmanship was top notch and their assistance with having a rental car ready for me on their lot when I dropped off my car and dealing with having it returned was a wonderful bonus as it saves so much time. I will use them again in a heartbeat.

Amazing service
Amazing service. From initial phone call to schedule, to pickup—the whole process was easy and everyone was very friendly. They coordinated the rental car for me and all of the financials with insurance. My car looks brand new again. Thank you so much, Franchi Bros! I would 100% recommend!

Great Place to do business with.
Franchi Brothers Auto Body was very helpful and were willing to answer all my questions. In addition they were able to have a rental car available when I droped off my car. They stayed on schedule and finished my repairs in the aloted time. Good place to go.

Honest shop, great experience
This shop was recommended by the car dealership. I am so glad I took their advice. Franchi brothers worked with my insurance company on my behalf and they did a great job fixing my car after an accident. My car looks new again. Also, they found a hundred dollars by the spare tire which I put there for emergencies. I was so impressed that they called to tell me, which speaks to their integrity. If I ever need auto body repair work in the future I'll definitely be back.

Customer service was great!
My daughter goes to school at WPI and I live out of state. Was worried about finding a place that did great work and wasn’t gonna take advantage of my daughter. After my Google research I thought they would be the best place to call. From the moment I spoke with Rose till the repair was completed, I knew we were in good hands.

My experience with Franchi Brothers Auto Body was superior from beginning to end. They are professional, thorough, pleasant, they communicate well … their work is completed in a timely manner … and it is of superior quality!

Poor communication
They do a great job in repairs. Unfortunately for me I have had to get my car repaired twice by them. They did a stellar job both times. But I am very disappointed with the communication from their team on updates and giving me fishy answers on why my car wasn't ready. They told me 5 days and it took two weeks. I had accommodations for those 5 days, but I wish they told me prior that it would take longer so I could have upgraded my insurance for a rental. I am also still waiting for parts to come in that are backordered. Luckily my car is drivable and they said they would let me know when they come in. Honestly, they probably won't let me know because they didn't update me at all during the repairs! I had to call multiple times.
